The Watchdog Timer is used to generate time signal. Counter Overflow in Watchdog Timer will generate a watchdog interrupt. Watchdog Reset signal will generate if 8 continuous interrupts are generated. The clock source is from the RC oscillation circuit, and the oscillation frequency is 25K Hz.
