Whats the relationship between date of ovulation and my period date?

The normal luteal phase is absolutely 14 days, but of course, the human body likes to throw a wrench into the system from time to time, so anything 12 days to 16 days is considered normal from ovulation to your next period, and anything longer than 10 can in theory support pregnancy. If you know for sure (ie: confirmed with OPKs and BBT charting) that you ovulated more than 19 days ago, then the chances are you’re pregnant. That’s how they used to tell if you were pregnant before you could buy cheap HPTs. Anything under that and it’s still possible that AF might show up. Best of luck!
