What’s the recruitment process like at SABMiller?
As we are a decentralised organisation, each of our businesses manages its own recruitment process. However, we aim to offer a rigorous, fair and professional selection and interview process across all our locations. Successful candidates can expect to undergo, on average, two competency-based interviews, potentially followed by an assessment stage for certain successful candidates.
