Plan on a 1 to 2 week time for recovery for the majority of the swelling and bruising to resolve. Most people take 5 to 7 days off of work, but realistically can return to normal activities in just a few days – this does depend on the extent of surgery you require. 50 years old is not too late for rhinoplasty.
