Whats the real average height of men in 1st world countries?
Well, the star football teams in Spain average about 5.9 feet tall whereas the ones in the UK are about 6 foot. However, some of them will come from Africa and elsewhere and therefore are not of European stock. The English are slightly taller than the Scots, and in general the overall GB height is about 5.9 ish for men according to recent newspaper articles, so I’m guessing that’s a good ball-park figure for the rest of Europe. Americans, Australians and New Zealanders might be slightly taller as they tend to have good, inexpensive food and many live in less cramped conditions than we have in Europe.
