They can range from missiles like that to ICBMs, that are intercontinental, that can go 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 miles. There’s a big range. The differences are important also as to when you go after them. For example, the administration says they want to be able to shoot down enemy missiles, not only of all ranges, but also in all phases of their flight. Namely, they want to be able to shoot them when they’re going up in the boost phase, they want to be able to shoot them when they’re cruising along in the midcourse phase and they want to be able to shoot them when they come back down in the terminal phase.
