First of all, when you do your laundry, don’t leave your clothes in a pile too long or they will get more wrinkles. Hang the shirts on hangers right away, and fold the pants neatly. I personally don’t iron my clothes, mostly jeans and t-shirts, unless it’s a pair of dress pants or shirt to go out in, and then I only iron it if I am going to wear it right away because if you waste your time ironing and then you put it in the closet, it will still need to be ironed when you take it out! As far as the procedure goes, follow the seams along the sleeves of the shirt and press the collar in the “up” position, (not the way you would wear it) and then just fold it over and lightly press again. The back and front of the shirt are pretty basic, but don’t use too much heat or steam as this could be the reason why you end up with more wrinkles than when you started, or maybe your iron isn’t hot enough. You can also try getting a spray bottle and filling it with water to spray the clothes as this h

Turn them inside out and iron them that way. Start from the center of the cloth and work outward from there.
