Whats the quality of higher education in INDIA?
When caste politics has entered the domain of the prestigious IITs and IIMs,the standards of entrants and consequently the standards of the institutions themselves in terms of infrastructure, faculty and the participants themselves have perforce fallen to abysmal levels.As it is our other private institutions offering professional and vocational courses have become money spinning rackets what with the super corrupt bodies like the AICTE and the Medical Council of India according approvals to such higher education to political leaders’ personal and family trusts’ to start “capitation fee colleges” which start operations without proper infrastructure and use their clout by relying on Government colleges and hospitals to provide training to students.What focus on quality are you talking about when all the focus is on making money hand over fist.Added to that our courts too by their ad hoc rulings and verdicts help these factories to get away with —.The less said the better.We should be
