Whats the purpose of using Hydraulic Lifters insted of Mechanical?
The sole purpose of hydraulic lifters is to eliminate backlash, thus noise, in an engine. They are useless in a performance engine. If you currently have solid lifters, you would do better sticking with them. You have not indicated engine type (pushrod, OHC with rockers, OHC with direct valve actuation, etc.).
