The purpose of it is to bring people together under a common belief or understanding of something greater than themselves. But then greed, egos, and corruption get involved and thats how wars and deaths start 🙁 If religions would stop with the superiority/inferiority complex and teach love and compassion for ALL human beings the world wouldn’t be the way it is now.
