California is 14 billion dollars in the hole. California spends 18 billion dollars a year on illegal aliens. You do the math. Because LA has a “sanctuary” policy, known illegal alien gangbangers are allowed to roam the streets unhindered. Law enforcement must wait to catch them in a crime before they can do anything. In other words, someone has to get hurt and the perpetrator must get caught before anything is done.
