In the case presented in this question, the wedding invitation would include all parents’ names, with the bride’s parents mentioned first. The mothers would be mentioned before their ex-husbands, and because both mothers have resumed using their maiden names, the correct title for each would be “Ms.” not “Mrs.” The title “Doctor” is traditionally written in full.
