Whats the proper calorie intake for a pregnant woman…?
Firstly your wife is not ill she is pregnant there is no excuse for her not doing any exercise when you are pregnant i have 3 kids youngest 7 months and if you do exercise i mean go swimming not aerobics but light exercise house work this can be beneficial for the labour it can help make it easier you will eat a lot more when you are pregnant and you get food cravings i went swimming 3 times a week with my last pregnancy and it is great for your muscles keeps you healthy and gave me more energy try and encourage her more because when the baby comes she will not have any time to be lazy i hope you speak to her and good luck with the baby on the way lol xx
