What’s the processing time for new mail, scan requests, and forwarding requests?
All incoming mail is processed and immediately available the same day. This means if mail comes in Monday, you’ll get it Monday. Mail usually arrives in the early afternoon and will be in your mailbox mid-late afternoon. For mail page scanning requests, our current processing time is less than 4 business hours. If you submit your mail page scanning request before 3pm PST, it will usually be processed that same day. Mail and package forwarding requests are processed within 6 business hours. If forwarding request is received before 3pm PST, it will get mailed out the same day. Otherwise, mail will be shipped out the following business day.
