Whats the process for renting a condo?
We make renting with us easy for you. There’s no waiting in check-in or check out lines! 1. Please call or email us to ensure that the dates are available. If you’d like to rent a condo we’ll hold it for seven days until we receive your rental agreement and deposit. 2. Print the rental agreement off of our web site, please read it, complete it, and mail it to us with your deposit. 3. When we receive your deposit, we’ll send you an executed copy of the agreement. 4. Two weeks before your arrival, we should receive your payment balance. When we receive your payment, we will send you the condo keys, condo/resort information, parking pass, and postage paid envelope for you to return the keys when you depart.
