It is against Monmouth College policy to send mass e-mails. General announcements instead should be posted in the Outlook Message Center. To post a message in the Message Center, open the folder in which you want to post a message, click on the New Post in This Folder New Post in This Folder Button button, type your message, and then click on the Post Post Button button.
