Whats the point of doing Existing Worker Traineeships?
Existing Worker Traineeships are aimed at providing existing employees with the opportunity of gaining formal qualifications to recognise their current level of knowledge and to assist in the development of new skills. As the employer you could receive Federal Government Incentives, but Access Group Training invoice the employer the cost for Training services, materials and assessment costs (the incentive payments are greater than our costs).
