Whats the point of buying firedog/ qeek squad new computer setup package?
Probably because a store like Best Buy/Circuit City get lots of people coming back in that couldn’t set the computers up on their own. Most people just want to connect to the Internet, but try as they might – Microsoft just can’t make getting on the Internet idiot proof. If they have someone who purchases a computer that obviously has no clue about computers, then they push the service. It sounds like your father was the perfect candidate for the service. Why they couldn’t credit it back, that sounds like a shame to me. I hope he spoke with the manager?
