Our biggest challenges are to maintain clients and to meet their needs, to get their products to market on time with the quality they expect from Phoenix. We’ve been able to do this with a core group of employees who have been with us for 10 years or more, who are loyal, have an amazing work ethic and are completely committed to maintaining our high standards of service and products.
