Ask anyone about nightlife in St. John’s and chances are they will mention George Street, which is filled with Newfoundland Irish pubs, jazz halls and mainstream dance clubs. Other activities include taking in a play at the Arts and Culture Centre or the LSPU Hall, watching a dinner theatre production, or listening to a musician at a major venue such as Mile One Centre or at a local pub.
