The Queen’s Favourite drink is Gin and Dubonnet. Dubonnet is a red-wine based aperitif that’s similar to red vermouth. 30% Gin and 70% Dubonnet are mixed with ice in a crystal tumbler. A lemon slice is placed under the ice. A very similar drink has a dash of bitters added in, and is called a DUBONNET COCKTAIL. This drink is almost identical, and I’m sure that this name can serve to reference the Queen’s favourite drink. Hope this helps!
