Whats the most suitable winter wear for Prague in January?

I live in Norway where average temperatures are similar to Prague in winter (except extreme temperatures in Prague can get colder). I’m originally from a subtropical place, and had seen snow only once before I moved to Europe. The most important thing is to layer your clothes so you can add and take off as needed. You don’t need thick, heavy clothes, just lots of layers. I wear dresses and skirts year round. I wear: -a dress -a cotton slip under it for extra warmth -stockings (cotton or wool depending on temperature) -knee socks to go over stockings if it’s especially cold, otherwise warm socks -a polyester coat similar to this one http://files.hm.com/media/products/755/D… -leather boots or lined ones (soft and fuzzy inside), preferably waterproofed, something like this is practical http://www.eurosko.no/sta
