Whats the most on average you make in tips serving in a fine dining restaurant and where?

I work at a privately owned steakhouse (I have always worked fine dining) and I average $86 a day for 4, 5, or 6 hours. I work lunches (cheaper). Night crew averages about $125. Oh, I am south of Chicago, small town. VERY old clientele.
