Whats the most effective exersise for burning calories?
To burn calories you want to work on your cardio exercises. Like running, swimming, dancing, something that will get your heart rate going. The faster your heart beats the more calories you burn. It is also a good idea to do an excersise you like. If you are forcing yourself to do something you hate then you aren’t going to do it for very long. My trick is that I love music, any kind doesn’t matter. I walk around the local park with my iPod and sing while I am walking. Don’t be embarrased to do stuff like that. You’d be surprised how many people do the same thing. Just find an activity that you like and that you are comfortable doing and go for it.
