Whats the minimum required upload and download speed to use with the Voip phone service and will it work with lite internet service from Rogers Cable and Bell Sympatico?

We recommend that you have at least 9 Kps for our Voip service. Normally we use codec G.711 that use around 64 Kps but we also can offer G.729 that only use around 8 Kps. Lite service Rogers Cable and Bell Sympatico will work with our Voip whitout any problem.
