It is very old, it’s uses CF cards! Officially the CF standard hasn’t changed, since the original. The current maximum allowable storage is still 128GiB. However in order to get capacities of over 2GB your camera needs to support the FAT32 file system. The only limitation is the speed allowed, since the camera predates all of the revisions made to CF, so it won’t be able to take advantage of the higher speeds permitted by newer cards. But that also means you don’t have to splash out on an expensive card. To be on the safe side any 2GB CF card should be fine, and more than enough for that camera.
