Whats the logic behind which contacts show up on the dashboard tile?
The contacts tile on the dashboard includes a search bar, a sampling of your contacts, and a link to add a new contact. You can choose whether to display your contacts by alphabetical order (All) or frequency of interactions in the past 30 days (Top), giving you a quick snapshot of the people you communicate with most. For Top contacts, interaction is determined by number of calls and messages, where one call equals one message.
