No, do not consume the dessicant pouch inside each jar of Absorb Plus. It is a harmless moisture and odor absorbant to keep the product at maximum freshness until you open it. Simply throw it away after opening the jar, or when you’ve finished the contents – whichever you prefer. If you’ve blended it into a shake by mistake, don’t drink it and throw that shake out.
