Whats the little happy face for?
If you want to ‘Blacklist’ a client, click the happy face to change it to a red, sad face. You might want to type in some text to the memo box to remind yourself in the future. If you try to make a reservation for a blacklisted client you will be prompted, but you will be able to do it. If you send out a mail shot you can choose to omit the blacklisted people.
