Whats the lifetime of the typical Picomotor?
The typical lifetime for the picomotor is 2500 “standard cycles” where 1 standard cycle is equivalent to a travel range of 3 mm (out and back), pushing a 3 lbf load at 1 kHz operating speed. The lifetime measurement is designed to be a representation of the typical application of the picomotor. Note that this measurement applies to the standard picomotor Models 830X(-V), 832X(-V) and the following standard motorized mounts Models 880X, 8812, 885X, 8051 and motorized mounts 8401, 8071, 808X and 8095.
