Whats the latest date I can mail in my renewal form and not owe the late fee?
Short: A $150 late fee is assessed if your renewal form is not in the Board office by the end of the business day on December 30, 2008. Long: Your renewal form must be received by the Board by December 30 or earlier in order to avoid the $150 late fee. If your renewal form is received in our office after December 30, 2008 you will be required to pay the $150 late fee. Please re-read the above warnings about sending renewals in after December 1. Late-December renewals are unwise.
