Whats the karma/feedback system?
Unfortunately, sometimes bad apples get into the mix. We’ve had reports of nannies not returning phone calls and emails. When this happens, a parent registered with the site can leave feedback for the nanny, effectively warning other parents on the system to stay away. However, sometimes a nanny has an excellent interview and seems like a perfect fit, except their schedules don’t mesh, or the required salary is too high. In these cases, a parent registered with the site can leave positive feedback, effectively recommending this nanny to other parents on the site.
