Whats the history of Lawn Darts?
Lawn Darts is derived from one of mankind’s earliest (known) games, where the members of a hunter-gatherer society would practice their skills by throwing objects (spears, stones,etc) into a target area (a circle). The above photo from the Ononium Caverns shows an ancient cave drawing depicting two early humans (nicknamed Fred and Barney) with other symbols which can be clearly identified as darts and a (target) circle. One can almost hear the conversation between Fred and his mate, who we’ll call Wilma: Wilma: Get out of the cave!!!
