What’s the food like in Chicago?
Chicago is famous for deep-dish pizzas and it is also well known for its hot dogs. There is some great soul food to be had in Chicago, too, and Italian food, which is my personal favourite. But I recommend you try a hot dog when in Chicago, they are like no where else in America. So what are your favourite restaurants? I like Italian food and there’s no better place in Chicago for that than in Little Italy. My favourite Italian restaurant is Francesca’s on Taylor Street. It is a moderately priced place to eat out, too. There are some higher end restaurants in Chicago that have featured recently in magazines such as GQ and Vogue. Charlie Trotters, which is Oprah Winfrey’s favourite restaurant, is in Chicago. It can be hard to get a table there though so book in advance if you want to eat there.
