What’s the first step in the process with the NEIGHBOR Project?
If your case is eligible for the NEIGHBOR Project, case managers will contact the parties to inform them that their case has been accepted into the program and to perform a 15-20 minute intake of information relating to the dispute. The NEIGHBOR panel will then select a mediator for the case and the case manager will coordinate a Mediation date and time that works for the parties involved.
