Whats the extra security the credit union is providing?
If someone steals your member number and password, they still have to answer a difficult security question that only you should know the answer to (for example, “Who was your favorite teacher?”). There’s also the security text image you set up, which is an anti-phishing measure: If you don’t see your security image when you’re asked to provide your Online Access password, you’re not at Keys Federal Credit Union’s website and you should not proceed further.
