The expected life of PAXSYS is estimated to be the following: (a) Equal to the time in which PAXSYS Customer needs to realize the benefits of PAXSYS. (b) Equal to the amount of time that PAXSYS Customer wishes to have optimal production efficiency for the estate(s). A: The cost to maintain or overhaul PAXSYS is included in the PAXSYSs service fee and the cost to maintain the servers on which PAXSYS runs.
