Whats the end result of the Kingston Foreshore Harbour precinct going to look like?
The Kingston Foreshore Harbour precinct will be a lively new public space and a major attraction for all Canberrans and visitors to enjoy. Kingston Foreshore will become a hub of people walking, jogging and cycling by the lakeside. The area will also become a cultural precinct encompassing the Canberra Glassworks as well as facilities for public art. The intention is to create not only a functional harbour but to do so in a manner which integrates water based activities with vibrant, people-friendly uses, promenades and public spaces.
