If NACE gathers 30% of UC clericals’ signatures, it will be on the PERB ballot. The current union (CUE-Teamsters) will automatically be on the ballot, as well the choice “no representation.” Another union can be placed on the ballot by collecting signatures from 30% of the unit. PERB will conduct a secret ballot mail election.
