Whats the ear lump under my dogs ear called?
it sounds like your dog has bashed his ear and has a pocket of blood, the ear is a delicate place and sometimes when the dog bashes it or scratches it too hard it can cause a pocket of blood to form, two of my dogs have had them caused by the puppies pulling on the ear, what the vet did was too drain it but be warned sometimes they fill with blood again and it needs draining again, the ear may end up a bit wrinkled after wards, but sometimes it does go back to normal, but the vet will give you something if your dog is in pain and will drain it for you, best of luck hope your dog recovers soon
