Well, it’s easy to count the distance from planets to Sun. But when it comes to their distance to earth, it’s a different story. Earth as well as those planets are moving, rotating the sun in different period and distance. As the result, the distance of the planets to earth will always changing. But if you roughly assume that the distance are measured when the planets are straight in a row, you could simply take the distance of each planet to the sun(which you can find easily on Google or sci books), and subtract it with the distance of earth to the sun.
