Whats the different between vasodilation and peripheral vasodilation ?
Vasodilation is a more general term. Peripheral vasodilation specifically refers to the dilation of the peripheral blood vessels (the vessels furthest from the heart). So, to answer your secondary question: The arterioles are in the Peripheral Circulatory System. But “peripheral” doesn’t exclusively refer to the arterioles.
