Whats the differences between a root nodule bacterial cell and cyanobacteria cell?

0

The cyanobacteria though procaryotic and therefore lacking in cell organelles they have somewhat structured membranes in the cytoplasm that are capable of photosynthesis using, depending on the species, a variety of light harvesting pigments such as chlorophyll, phycocyanin etc Root nodule bacteria can fixate nitrogen but can’t produce their own sugars for which they depend on the plant they live in. On the other hand many species of cyanobacteria are capable of fixating nitrogen and are thus totally autotrophic.
