Whats the difference of PowerMarker and GDA?

Both programs were developed in the Bioinformatics program in North Carolina State University, and GDA was maintained by Paul Lewis. Most of the analysis overlaps, but PowerMarker is newer than GDA and provides a more user-friendly interface.
