Whats the difference in content, between FlexiCourses and MiniCourses?
Some of our MiniCourses cover a portion of what you would find if you purchase a FlexiCourse, e.g., you may be interested only in the process of negotiating a Provider Agreement with an HMO and resolving problems after the contract starts (like with HMO claims denial and collection problems), and in that case you might want to consider Course 5B, ‘Where The Rubber Meets The Road – How To Have More Gain and Less Pain’.
