I believe that the pay-for-TV companies are not making enough money and so this digital signal requirement “evolved” which will result in TWO things– 1. Yes, more peoplw will finally BUY TV programming and– 2. Many people will loose TV and not be able to do anything about it. Also, Homeland Security will be able to track a digital signal more easily than ever before–especially when there will be fewer analog signals.
