VRMLmagic is the VRML world creation package, you use it to build a world that can then be saved and viewed on the web. The VRMLplugin (like Cortona or CosmoPlayer) is an application that runs within your webbrowser to display an existing VRML world. You cannot create a VRML world with a plugin/browser, you can only view an existing one.
