The Executive Nanny screens candidates for you. We interview, check references, and perform extensive background checks on each candidate that is referred to you. Online databases provide you with a profile that each candidate creates themselves. There is no guarantee that the information is accurate and you are required to screen each of the candidates yourself. In addition, the background checks that are performed on those websites are not thorough and cannot, by themselves, be trusted to gain accurate and up to date criminal records.
