Whats the difference between user and schedule activated?
The User Activation has to do with the Activate/Deactivate action in the Command Center next to each of your profiles. This is an easy-to-use way of temporarily “pausing” your profile. You may want to do this if you are going on a trip and don’t want to receive bulletins while you are gone. The Schedule Activation has to do with the hourly schedule you defined when you created your profile. If the current time is during hours which you have deselected, the profile is “off” and won’t schedule-activate until the next hour that you selected comes along. You can change your schedule at any time by modifying the profile – but note that schedule changes will not take effect until the start of the next hour. Both types of activation must be on in order to receive any bulletins through that profile at any given time. Please note that StormNow Lite users do not have access to the StormNow profile schedule activation feature.
