Whats the difference between “topical” and “editorial” comments?

Some stories go through a moderation system before being posted. While that’s happening, the site’s moderators can post comments about how the story could be better written, or pointing out typos or other errors. These comments should be labeled “editorial” and will be hidden by default after the story is posted. All other comments should be labeled “topical”.
